On June 6th, on the basis of the good communication on the Civil Aviation Talents Training Summit Forum of both sides of the Taiwan Straits, Professor Zhou Guangfu and other representatives from Taiwan China University of Science and Technology in the continental area visited the Aviation College and conducted discussions.

At the symposium, Professor Zhou Guangfu introduced the situation of China University of Science and Technology Aviation Institute and the cross-strait cooperation and exchange projects that have been underway for many years. Associate Professor Zhu Xingdong introduced the construction of the Aviation College of Kunming University of Science and Technology and the basic idea of the cooperation between the two universities.

After full communication, the two parties reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation in exchanges, mutual visits, joint training, and joint construction of training bases between the teachers and students of the two universities, and communicated and exchanged ideas on establishing the Kunming University of Science and Technology Aviation Museum. After the meeting, the Chinese University of Science and Technology visited the relevant laboratory and exhibition room of the college.
